Who we are

The CO-DISFF has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who is responsible for monitoring compliance with the Regulation and to cooperate with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, as well as to function as a point of contact, with the Authority, as well as with the subjects of the data.

Browsing Data
During the visit and navigation on the Festival’s website, the users Internet Protocol address and login details, are automatically registered, through which, however, identifiable information of the user’s physical identity is not disclosed — these details are used exclusively, and only, for statistical purposes, in the presentation of our website. Additionally; cookies are collected, in the processing of which, you have consented. The processing of this data is undertaken for the purpose, of providing you with access, to the information of our Website.
Contact Form
Insofar as you wish to use the contact(s) form(s) to communicate with our website, we will receive your e-mail address, from your consent, so that we can contact you.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

The legal basis for the processing of personal navigation data, is article 6 para. 1 item f, of the Regulation, as this data is necessary for the operation of our website but also for its optimisation, and the ensuring of the security of our information systems

The personal data of visitors and/or users of the services of our Website, are not transmitted to third-party recipients — with the exception of the case, where you provide your consent for this purpose; or for the establishment, exercise or support of legal claims; or even if necessary, for out compliance with our legal obligations.

For the protection of the personal data, of users and visitors, of our website, we use the secure connection (https://) and data security measures, to prevent the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorised access and sharing of your personal information.
Plugins of social networking sites
Our webpages incorporate social networking application, interfaces, or add-ons (Plug-ins), for social networking services — such as the services provided by Facebook, Twitter etc. With these add-ons, information can be transferred to the corresponding platform for you, without this being immediately noticeable. Right of Complaint
