Dr Lamprini Trivella
Dr Lamprini Trivella is a PhD holder in the Field of Animation, and post-doc candidate researcher in XR (University of West Attica). She holds an MSc in Comparative Education (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens) and Cultural Organisations Management (Hellenic Open University of Patras). She is an adjunct faculty member at the undergraduate programme of Film Studies -SKI, and the post-graduate programme “Design of Visual Effects and Animation – SOK” in the field of Animation History and VFX History. She is an external scientific partner-teacher at the undergraduate module 3D Modeling, 3D Animation and Gaming at the Department of Graphics and Visual design, Faculty of Applied Arts and Culture, University of West Attica. She is a member of the authoring team for the creation of distance learning educational material on Animation, History and Production in the field of Cinema Studies at the Hellenic Open University of Patras. She is the Journal Manager in AFIMEC, an international scientific open e journal with peer review. She holds memberships in ASIFA HELLAS, in the Researcher Connect Online Programme of the British Council, and in the European Evaluation Team on audiovisual projects. She is also the deputy scientific director in many projects (3D Modeling of Environment and Anthropomorphic Photorealistic Models (avatars)). Lampriani Trivella has worked as a communications manager and coordinator in many projects, such as Digital Historical Tourism Routes on The Island of Lemnos.
Vasilis Galopoulos
Vasilis Galopoulos was born and raised in Drama. At a very young age, he was offered the opportunity to discover Drama International Short Film Festival, which he has been attending with great interest ever since. He studied English Language and Literature at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and, later on, Audio Production at SAE Oxford. During the past ten years, he has been working in post-production as a foley artist, sound designer, dialogue editor, and re-recording mixer for film and TV productions in Greece and internationally. Over the past five years, he has been living and working in Athens, engaging in stand-up comedy and podcast production.
Marineta Mak Kritikou
Marineta Mak Kritikou is a multimedia director, specialising in documentaries. She studied Contemporary History, Journalism, and Film in Paris and pursued postgraduate studies in Scriptwriting at the Sorbonne. She also studied Film & Television at UCLA, California (USA) and 3D Animation at Infographics School. She taught Cinema at the Faculty of Arts, Film Studies of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2007-2009). Her documentary, Dreaming of Zhejiang, has won many awards and participated in several international festivals, while it was also screened on Chinese TV. Moreover, it was the only Greek participation at the first-ever “Pangea Day”, a TED Prize Event held in May 2008 in Los Angeles. For the past few years, she has been living and working in Greece as a Director on TV programmes, documentaries, films, and commercials. Today, apart from being the Agora Coordinator at Animasyros International Animation Festival, she is also an International Relations Officer at ERT’s Corporate Communications Department.
