VERA VLAJIC

She graduated History of Art on Faculty of Philosophy Belgrade. Since 1975 she worked in almost all production companies in Serbia, Zastava film, Dunav film, Avala film, Neoplanta film, TV Beograd.

As director she made 22 animated and documentary films, over 50 scientific and educational films, and animation for great number of TV serials.

With her films she took part on great number of film festivals in the country and abroad: Beograd, Zagreb, Berlin, Vienna, Bilbao, Chicago, Moscow, Tampere, Los Angeles, Paris, Drama.

She worked as editor in several editorial offices in National TV station Belgrade. In 1993 she established the RAF-A2 Workshop for animated film in which children and young people can be educated on animation. The Workshop also deals with film production. The titles produced in RAF-A2 took part on numerous festivals and won great number of awards.

She won significant number of awards on domestic and international film festivals. She is a member of association ASIFA, Academy for film Science and Art AFUN Serbia.
